Cauliflower Plant - Cut 'n' Come Again

Brassica oleracea 'Nine Star Perennial'

Planning the allotment for next season? What is little known is that cauliflowers don't have to be grown only as annuals, there are varieties that are perennial, and come again each year.
Brassica oleracea 'Nine Star Perennial' is an excellent multi-headed cauliflower that is perennial in habit. Each plant will produce approximately ten or more tennis ball sized heads per year; more if given care and attention.
As this variety of vegetable is not on the EEC Approved Vegetable Seed List they are only available as growing plants. Many excellent varieties of vegetables are banned by the EEC.
